MOH 2000
MOH 2000 is an IP enabled music on hold player designed for applications where the MOH audio content is required to be distributed over the Internet to multiple locations simultaneously.
The product plays audio content recorded in MP3 format and the audio content may be updated periodically via a broadband internet connection.
Thousands of units may be managed using a Content Management Software -making it an ideal product for MOH content providers, multi-location businesses, contact centres etc. The CMS is available without any license fees and may be installed on any PC thus enabling studios to manage thousands of units conveniently from their desktop. The audio content may be stored on any FTP server for further download of the content on to remote units.
The MOH 2000 also comes with a royalty free generic on hold audio content and hence is ready to be used right out of the box.
Easy connectivity to PBX is provided on the rear panel of the unit to attach it to PBX with Low (8 Ohms) and High (600 Ohms) impedance.
